Pesticide Use Is Causing Farmers To Become Suicidally Depressed
New evidence compiled by the National Institutes of Health suggests that pesticides, which farmers both inhale and absorb through their skin as they apply them to their crops, can alter farmers’ brain chemistry, and increase their risk of depression by up to 90 percent.
