Hi all!

I know I’ve been gone for a while (again…), but things have been pretty hectic the past few months.


My brother had a terrible accident and was in a coma(which thankfully only lasted a day), so I had to fly across the country and stay with his family and with him till he recovered from most of his injuries. He’s doing much better now, but he still has a long way to go.


Being in the hospital for days on end, and seeing his condition made me (and my whole family) really sick, so I did lose about 10 pounds from that, but thankfully once he was released from the hospital I gained it all back.


I came back to my side of Canada, and enrolled myself in a 5 month course in a community college. Something quick and easy so I can get a better job that isn’t too hard on my back or knee. It’s a fast-track course, so it’s not as easy as I thought it’d be.


Even though I haven’t been able to workout (mostly because of my injuries), I have been eating pretty well! Well, minus those all-nighter last-minute assignment days.


Midterms just ended and I have sorted out and organized a lot of things to make things easier on me, and this blog was one of the things I have to add in my routine.


So expect more updates from me, even if it’s not weight-loss or fitness related, it’ll definitely be food related.
