I’ve always eaten breakfast but for the past couple weeks I haven’t been able to eat anything in the morning without throwing it up. I can take a slice of bread at most. Anything more than that, I feel nauseous. I’m not able to eat anything within 4 or 5 hours after waking up.
This has never happened to me, does it happen to any of you? How do you deal with it? Are there any foods that’ll be easy on my stomach in the mornings?
