I’m sorry I make so many before and after pictures but I always come across pictures and I’m just in shock at what I allowed myself to look like 😩 I was so freaking insecure and I swear when I look back at old pictures I can just see the discomfort in my eyes.
I’m so glad I made the decision to take better care of my body. Not every day is easy and there are still times that I mess up for like weeks at a time or whatever, but no one’s perfect and bettering yourself is a constant lifelong process.
If I can do it I SWEAR anyone can do it
