2015

Wow, another year eh? I was out of town so I couldn’t make a New Years post sooner.


The past couple years have been kind of crappy with my knee injury and surgery, and recovering from getting hit by a car twice, and it set me back a lot. But I still have to set goals for myself!


A while back, I’ve decided to focus more on my health than actual weight loss (hence the name change). I’ll still be continuing my journey to healthy eating, but in addition, I’ll also start to exercise, even if they’re mild workouts. I still have some physiotherapy to do, however.


I recently went back to being vegetarian, from being pescetarian for a few years. And this year I want to try going vegan.


Not many goals this year, because I of all people know that anything can happen. Keeping it simple.


I hope you all had a lovely 2014, and an even greater 2015. No matter how many time you’ve given up in the past (trust me, I know what that’s like), you can always start again any time.
