The difference that fifteen pounds makes. The beauty of eating a low carb high fat diet is that I’m losing weight steadily without starving or being nutritionally deprived. I eat tons of veggies and hardly any sugar or refined white four. Just a whole foods life over here <3 I’m loving my results and I feel so healthy. My confidence is through the roof most of the time and I just wanna show off all the time what I look like. I’m hoping this week to pass goal weight number two, and I’m pretty confident that I can do it!
