Call me B. Over the course of a year I went from tipping the scales at almost 300lbs to losing WELL over 100lbs. I’m a fairly tall girl at 5’9 but still have a ways to go. The turning point was learning I had an Iron and B12 deficiency as well as a health issue which triggered some hormone imbalances. As soon as treatments started my energy level returned to that of a healthy 26 year old…but I was stuck in an overweight body. So my sister and I made sweeping lifestyle changes. We started by following The Fast Metabolism Diet and lost the first 20 lbs in a month with just changing our diet alone. No exercise at all that first month. From that point on we just studied more about nutrition and I started incorporating a lot of exercise into my schedule. It’s really pretty simple. Eat clean and exercise regularly and YOU. WILL. SEE. RESULTS!
