Full body comparison picture!
Me at my highest weight of 121.6kg and me now at 105kg!
Ive had lots of ups and downs over the past year. It has definitely not been smooth sailing but when i look at the big picture, ive lost almost 17kg over the past 16 months! There were so many times that i shot back up and came back down (to as low as 102! havent quite broken the triple digits yet, but i will!)
It just shows that persistence pays off! Ive got a LONG way to go. But ive come so far!
Keep your head up beautiful people, we can only do the best that we can at the time. And thats all that matters :)6
