Some words for you guys to make your break worthwhile (here in Aus at least). My progress of a month. Be kind to yourself. If you give in to that chocolate biscuit, thank yourself for the treat then put the rest back in the pantry! Just because you’ve already had one, it does NOT mean you might a well have the rest! You know how good you feel after working out so allow yourself that satisfaction. It’s all up to you!
