Pretty much all diet change, eating in moderation as exposed to excess. Occasional exercise in the last couple of months. πŸ’ͺ🏻
Hard work pays off, trust the process. I have to convince myself so regularly that progress has been made. But it has, and I am so proud.
I feel 100x better, I am more confident and happier.
Keep trying. Never give up. And it’s ok to take breaks, it’s ok to slow down. You’ll get there. You can do it. Trust yourself 🌸🌼🌟🍌🍏🎊
