The picture on the left was taken April 3rd…three weeks after I started doing low carb. The picture on the right was this past weekend…so around 75+ pounds difference. Pretty insane looking at side by sides of me…but I will never stop doing it. They keep me motivated and happy…but most of all, confident. 💪🏻💪🏻
