Before I was eating upwards of 3000 calories a day. I was exhausted, never exercised, slept poorly, hydrated with diet coke, and was overall so frustrated with myself. On the day the before pic was taken, I really hated myself. I lived like this for about 6 more months until I started to do anything about it…
Slowly, starting July 2014, I started changing my habits. I cut out all soda and felt better immediately. Eventually, I started to work out and eat more fruits and veggies. Now, I avoid dairy, work out 4-5 times a week, eat 90% healthy, and drink water like it’s my job.
It is awesome to see these pictures side by side because I think the difference is so drastic. Obviously my tummy is tighter, my arms are smaller, I can even see thinner fingers!! I know my weight loss hasn’t been super fast, but it has been consistent and I know I’ll never put that weight on again! I proud of what I have accomplished and I can’t wait to see what 2016 brings!
(I’m also diabetic and losing some weight/eating better/exercising has done WONDERS for my blood sugar!!!!!)
