Do you ever just wake up and think "I want someone to touch my butt"?

So I was hit by a car....AGAIN
Remember in 2011 when I was crossing the street and I was hit by a truck? Well last Monday, I was crossing the street, when I was hit by a taxi cab!
Thankfully this one wasn’t as bad as the first, but the whole left side of me was bruised. It was hard for me to even BREATHE without my ribs hurting.
I’m feeling a lot better now, but of course my back is still sore on top of the injuries I sustained from the first time. Sigh.
I don’t know what I’ll do with this luck of mine (or lack thereof).

Why eat all the peanut butter? I thought there are too many calories..
Natural peanut butter is actually good for you. Peanuts (and nuts in general) are a great source of healthy fats. That, plus the amount of fibre helps keep you full longer. It may be high in calories, but they’re not empty calories.
Stay away from peanut butter that isn’t all natural though! Filled with sugar and salt. Not okay!

fighting2be-fit: Found this before pic, so I thought it was...
Found this before pic, so I thought it was time for a new comparison and remind myself of how far I’ve come.
I’m proud of myself! A lot of hard work and dedication has gone into this lifestyle change, yes there has been slip ups along the way and it hasn’t been easy, but it’s absolutely worth it and I’m thankful I have the right mindset to not give up!
My body isn’t perfect, but I’m healthy and I’m happy and I’m still going strong!

misskgetsfit: I get frustrated because I’ve just been treading...
I get frustrated because I’ve just been treading water for the last couple of years.
But then I see things like this.
I was going through my old Facebook posts (looking for something else) and came across this photo from November 2011. Coincidentally, this was about a month after I started this blog and thinking about weight loss etc.
And then here’s the photo I took this morning.
I mean, I’m better at taking photos from the right angles these days and makeup and stuff.
And obviously I’m 3 years older.
But there’s definite change - I still have my double chin but it’s nothing like it was and my cheeks aren’t as full.
This is exactly what I needed to see before No Excuses starts.
