Today I realised that I’ve hit a wall and my weight has been fluctuating 2lbs up and down but won’t break past the lowest weight no matter what I do, today I had a big binge but regretted it as soon as I did and worked my butt off for an hour at home.
I felt like quitting until I looked back to where I started, there’s 40lbs difference between the two photos!
Yes I have a fair way to go, but I’m halfway there and that’s good enough for me!
