4 weeks of working out 1-2 times every single day! Only cardio. Need to squeeze in some squats though ๐ And the food? Basically only soups, chicken, eggs, sallads and a looooot of apples!! I never go hungry! God bless the apples haha๐ 8 more intense weeks to go!!
