My dad sent me this pictures when I asked for which insurance requisites he had to sent in order for it to cover my surgery. I had never seen this before pictures until today, most of the before pictures I have are from after my liquid diet or preop in which I had at least lost 15lbs.
Last week I celebrated my 10th month post op anniversary, and honestly it was a lifesaver. I went from 231+lbs to 140 and counting. It is not about how big or small you are, it is about health and how you can improve yourself.
