TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY!!
The picture on the left was my turning point. July 2015. My daughter was 6 months old at the time and the excuse of “I just had a baby” was wearing thin! I knew my excuses were exactly that… excuses! My weight had less to do with just having a baby and more to do with eating my stress!! Every time my friend would post a picture from her wedding I would cringe! No way could I really look like that! Shortly after, my best friend got engaged and asked me to be her maid of honor. I decided then I was NOT going to look like that girl on the left for her wedding… and here we are! Her wedding is this weekend and I just got my dress back from the seamstress! When I put the dress on I actually felt confident and excited rather than dread and embarrassment!!!
