I wanted to find a picture before my original before picture. This was basically right after high schoolish. So it’s been a long time. (I’m 25 now๐ต๐ผ) but I was never athletic or anything like it. I sat out of gym class at least a million times a year๐ @sarahnicole6_0 & @chad_gainz can back me up on that one๐ but that doesn’t mean I was always “overweight” but I definitely was never healthy. After high school I BLEWWW UP cause I ate fast food and Swiss Rolls for every meal @morgypicarro can back me up on that too๐ but ANYWAY the point of this is even though this isn’t my weight-loss progress picture or even my muscle-gain pics (even though there is obvious muscle gains here but the only thing I lifted back then was burgers and vodka bottles) so clearly this is just a health progress pic. (DO IT FOR THE HEALTH๐)It’s not always about the muscles and the abs and all that, those are just some perks. I’m 9362x more active than I was back then, make way healthier choices and my MENTAL GAINS THOUGH. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ so make it a lifestyle and enjoy the process ๐ช๐ผ (at Forever Fit with Paige)
