This is embarrassing and hard to post but here it is. 5'5 250lbs to 165lbs in these pictures. As of July, I’m 150lbs so I’m officially down 100lbs and it’s kind of mind blowing! I started eating a plant based/vegetarian diet in March and it’s made a world of difference in my body and in my workouts. I have so much energy that it’s awesome and it’s really helping me lose the belly fat! I’m auditioning to be a cycling instructor soon so I’ve been going really hard in the gym and following this blog has helped me stay motivated and I hope to inspire someone else out there!
