What 2 weeks of piit28 can do to your body.
I have lost 120lbs and also have gain back 30lbs.
Fitness is a journey. It’s a lifestyle. There is no destination. The goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. No doubt I have lost and gained weight but as long as I don’t stop I will get to my goal weight and maintain it one day.
1 mth ago I got back to healthier eating and started on piit28 and have since completed half the journey. I have lost 13lbs.
Don’t give up. You will get there.
