This one was hard. Going through pictures over the weekend and came across this one. I immediately had tears in my eyes. I could remember exactly how I felt when this picture was taken. We were in Cincy, dead of summer and I was miserable! I remember feeling so embarrassed because the friends that were with me had to keep stopping so I could catch up. This was me, at my heaviest. I debated even sharing this progress pic. It takes a lot of courage to share moments when we are at our most vulnerable. Today, I am down 202 pounds. It has been 20 months since I’ve began this journey.
