2 years ago and Today.
I wish I could say it was easy. I wish I could say this is a 6 week transformation, and there was a magic way I did it, but I can’t say either of those things. I’ve worked on this body for 5 years. The left picture, I had lost about 65-70 pounds. I was proud of how far I had come, but I knew I wasn’t done. I kept pushing myself daily. Not all days were perfect and flawless, but I never quit no matter how many times I messed up or fell. Your body WILL change if you put in the work, it just takes time! I trained my butt off to get this body, but it wasn’t torture, I fell in love with treating my body right regardless of how long it took because I was in this for life! I eat clean 80% or so of the time, but I definitely still enjoy life! Embrace the journey-it’s a life long commitment to being healthy and happy.
Side Note: the girl in the left picture wanted to be petite and skinny. She wouldn’t be satisfied until she looked like the girl in the magazine. The girl on the right wants to be the happiest, healthiest (mentally and physically), and strongest version of herself! She compares herself to no one, because the only competition is the girl she sees in the mirror. I will never be a petite girl. Im 5'8 and have a body structured to naturally be broad and curvy, but I embrace it! You are YOU and that’s beautiful. Love your body as you are through the changes. xoxo#weightloss #weightlossjourney #teenweightlossjourney #eatcleantraindirty #plussize #curves #actuallyshecan #iamme #bodypositivity #bopo #nofomo #noshame #nowrongwaytobeawoman #mybody #transformation #transformationtuesday #weightlosstransformation #beforeandafter #myjourney #girlswholift #girlswithmuscles
