Goal: to be happy and not care about the weight

I’ve been transforming my life for the better for a while now. My weight loss hasn’t been fast but I’m super happy and so much more confident. I have been few kilos lighter but at least some of the weight I’ve gained is muscle.

Many years ago I dislocated my knee several times while doing sports and as a result of that I was scared to even walk for a long time. That caused me to gain loads of weight. I used to only sit and watch tv (and eat!) for years and I got so out of shape. I had surgery for my knee but I was too lazy to do the exercises the doctor told me to do. One day I really got sick of not being able to do anything (couldn’t run to the bus stop, couldn’t do a single pushup, couldn’t squat etc.) and started to eat more healthy and be more active.

Last summer I dislocated my other knee too but this time I started to do the exercises as soon as the pain wasn’t that bad. Now I exercise regularly and I’m so much happier.

I am new to this weight loss blog thing and would love to connect more with other people losing weight, I don’t really have any weight loss community in real life  so feel free to message me :)
