A look back: there’s times when I feel really bad about my progress (which began in 2014) and berate myself for not trying hard enough despite health problems which makes weight loss difficult. Then I look back at old photos and realise I have come so far - every day is hard, but I can do this.
So, two before photos of me prior to any weight loss at all (2013) to put things into perspective with a photo taken in late 2015 and one just today.
