From January 2014 tipping the scales at 15st 9lbs (219lbs) My weight started to get out of control, my knees were weak, my chest couldn’t keep up with going up the stairs and a roll of fat around my neck would choke me as I lay on my back, I knew something had to be done and SOON!
I started walking my dog just 10 minutes twice a week. As the weight started to come off I slowly upped the exercise and got control back into my life. Now I’m currently 12st 2 (170lbs) Went from a UK Size 20 to a UK Size 14.
