My highest weight was 192lbs when i started july 2015 (i’m 5'3")
These last couple of weeks have been a little bit difficult because for some reason i’ve been falling back into a couple of old eating habits. i believe it has something to do with my stupid seasonal depression (thanks, canadian winter) but i’m conscious about what i am doing and i am actively working on it. i also have been working out even more consistently because i know that exercise releases that oh so precious serotonin ;)
support system, dedication, goals and hard work will get you to where you wanna go. ❤️
