The girl on the left believed she could never change. That it would take a miracle to lose weight. She hid from pictures and adventure. Protected herself from anything that might have embarrassed her because of her weight. She had to stop riding roller coasters, one of her favorite things, because she was too big. She worried constantly she would be turned away at airports, deemed too fat to fly.
I’ve changed in so many ways. It’s so much more than losing weight. It’s feeling confidence grow within myself. I want adventures and laughter and love. I feel like I’ve finally stopped hiding. 🎢 http://ift.tt/1P9GA6a
