So today is the end of my first ever #whole30. It’s also #transformationtuesday so I figured I’d lump two separate posts into one. I haven’t lost a significant amount of weight on whole30, (only about 5lbs) but I can tell I did lose inches. I’m down another pant size and my shirts feel loose! Taking a 4-5 day break then starting whole30 over again. This time I’m taking measurements the day I start!
I should probably specify that the picture on the left is not right before I started whole30. It was around February last year when I first started working out lmao
