I’ve been on this weight loss journey for a little while now and I am seeing great results. I started my journey in October 2015 at 187.6 pounds. At this time in my life I had just gone through rock bottom. My relationship of nine years ended, I made a bunch of horrible decisions, but working out everyday was not one of them. I started out slow. I just simply went to the gym. I didn’t stop eating junk food or drinking soda.. I still had a hard time getting out of bed because I was super depressed, but I made time to go. Slowly, my weight started to drop, and my relationship that had ended was back on the rise. As weeks went on so did my gym routine and my relationship.
Now I am here.. February 15, 2016. I’m not really sure what to write about to be honest. I am struggling a little and have fallen a little bit into a rut, but new techniques at the gym keep changing that. I guess I just need to be in a community where weight loss and gym goers are everywhere.
I just moved to Arizona for school and I have nobody here. Especially when I need a gym partner to keep me motivated.

So if anyone needs some motivation or anything, I am here to help. But until then I’ll just be doing my thing :)
