Time Frame: Late August 2015-Early February 2016
I lost most of my weight from running… like, a lot of running… I started out walking and jogging 3.5 miles every day, but when I built myself up to run the entire duration, I would go 6 miles, and would just keep building myself up. In fact, I have my first marathon on March 6th, so wish me luck, haha! Some motivation I could give anyone is that you should want to lose weight because you love your body, not hate it. That was something big I realized about halfway through, and I keep telling myself that everyday.
