Oh my gaaaah guys. I had no idea I was doing this well. I’ve gotta stop checking my weight because my weight has barely gone down because I’ve been gaining muscle. But clearly I’m making some damn good progress.
I’ve been doing two a days at the gym. I’ll do morning cardio (cycling, running, stairs, a body class), and then at night I go back and lift. I feel fan freakin tastic.
