What a difference a year makes!

Last year I was depressed, had some bad stomach issues, was constantly tired and irritated, couldn’t run to save my life, and was heading down a bad road.

It all starts with the simplest of things. I didn’t jump right in and try to eat like a nutritionist and work out like Terry Crews. I just started walking more. Taking a fitness class once a week. And eating less. Not necessarily better… the same stuff, just less of it.

I took baby steps, and it led to more, and more, and better, and better.

Today I feel great about myself and everything, I’m not sick, I have tons of stamina and energy for a 44 year old guy, I can run a 5K in just over 32 minutes, and I’m 1000x healthier!

And I’m still going. I’m not quitting now. Another 20ish pounds to lose, then it will be time to get SWOLE!!
