Hey guys! For the new year I decided to make a separate Instagram account dedicated to a big part of my lifestyle which is everything health and fitness related. After losing over 100lbs, I decided that I want to switch things up a bit this year and be more active on social media to not only hold myself accountable, but to also keep learning, growing, and improving. Expect to see an array of workouts, fitness, running, foodie posts, inspiration, selfies, fitspiration, quotes, progress posts, and really just a bunch of other stuff that sparks my interest. I have quite a a few lofty goals set for this year and I’d love for you to come for the ride!

To kick off this new account, I wanted to post this transformation picture. Left was summer 2009, right was summer 2015. I went from hiding behind the school bleachers during gym class to avoid running at all costs, to voluntarily running 2 half-marathons, 4 ten-milers, two 10ks, and many other races. That girl on the left never thought she’d ever become a runner, let alone lose weight.
