These are January 1st, 2015 - December 31st, 2015. I’d love if there was more progress than this, but the fact is that, as a woman in my mid-forties, maintaining is progress. I LOVE not having to use the, “I’m getting older so I have no choice but to gain weight” excuse. And now on to 2016 to see if I can actually gain some muscle!
