I know you’re looking for a quick fix.
I know you want a way out.you can lose the weight. you can.
you won’t be stuck forever.
you can change your bad habits.
you can learn new ones.
you won’t find it in a quick fix.
your way out is waiting.start today. don’t wait. you don’t have to set a new year’s resolution. you don’t have to wait until monday. you don’t have to wait until you have more money or more time or more fitness gear. you don’t need a gym membership (though it helps!). you don’t need a personal trainer. you don’t need that expensive diet plan, those pills, those drops, those pre-made meals.
all you need is a goal and some determination. life change happens when the fear of staying the same becomes too great. why do you want to lose the weight? what are you willing to do to make it happen? when you fail, what’s your back up plan? who is your support?
I’m not there yet. we’re all in this journey together. we all want better. we can and we will.
