I was shopping for a dress today and left the store empty-handed and super down in the dumps because, like every girl in the world has felt before, I was having a “fat day.” Once I got home, I sat down and slapped some sense into myself– SO WHAT if I can’t easily zip up a size 4!? WHY DO I LET NUMBERS BOTHER ME !? It has been FIVE YEARS and I have managed to keep off 75 pounds. So I’ve decided NO MORE FAT DAYS. From now on, there will only be CONFIDENT & EMPOWERED DAYS and I’m DONE turning down dessert!
