It’s crazy how you never really see or understand your progress until you compare photos. First photo was taken August 2013 152.6 lb, the second was in December 2015. I don’t know my weight anymore and I choose not to. Knowing my weight doesn’t really mess with my head or my progress, it just doesn’t matter to me anymore. My goal weight is fit and healthy and the best version of myself I can be. #fitness #healthy #beforeandafter #beforeandafterweightloss #progress #myprogress
