Starting out getting to this point seemed impossible, but I’m here. The leggings I’m wearing in the pictures are actually becoming loose on me which was surprising. I achieved my weight loss by doing a combination of weightlifting at the gym, cardio with my dog, and by changing my diet. I have gone through periods in the journey where I was gaining weight back, but I never admitted defeat. I’m also a very picky eater, and I’ve managed to still find a way to eat clean. Also I haven’t been able to workout since October, so the last 7 pounds that I’ve lost were from eating right, and above my BMR, alone. I guess the main things I’ve learned during this process are:
1) weight loss is anything but linear
2) weight loss is 80% diet.
