As promised, before and during photos. On the left, I was close to my highest of around 285 back in 2011. And on the right, about a week ago at 225.

I’m not sure whether to be more embarrassed by being that overweight or having terrible tan in both! HAHA

Changing my lifestyle was one of the best things I did for myself. I used to have sleep apnea, back and joint pain, energy problems, and a slew of other issues. Nearly all of those are gone now. And I SWEAR…I do smile!

50 of the 60 lbs I’ve lost have been in the past 10 months. Mostly the past 4 months due to diet (and no, I’m not starving EVER!).

The right side is a “during” photo. This is definitely not the end. I’m aiming for a 5% body fat reduction by the end of the month. Wish me luck!
