My journey began on June 14th 2015. I made the decision to change my lifestyle by eating healthier and getting regular exercise. For as long as I can remember, I have never been successful in maintaining any type of diet or exercise plan longer than a month! But not this time…I have kept up the hard work for a little over five months, and I am so proud of myself.
I have not starved myself or spent hours a day at the gym. All it took was a little dedication and time. If I can do it, anyone can!
I am 5'5" was aprox. 185lbs and I am now 160lbs.
