Right: December 6th - 2015So by the end of august I began to really try to do excercise and eat healthier. I had attempted it many times before but never managed to go through with it for more than a week. I’m now excercising five days a week, I swim two days per week, and I’ve changed my diet significantly ever since. I still slip every now and then, but I’m happy with my progress so far!!
My weight was of 68-71kg (150-156lb) for about three years. My height is of 1.65m (5ft 4).
Right now I weight around 62kg (136lb)!I think the thing that has helped me the most is that I enjoy working out! I have to thank Hythe, she is an amazing person who always fills me with inspiration to keep going. Also sports animes (specifically Free!) help a lot too.
Now, to keep hanging in there!
