started on july 20 at 192lbs (87kg)
currently at 166lbs (75kg)
ultimate goal is 125lbs (56kg) (however my intuition is telling me 135-140 so we’ll see) ;)

i am 20 years old and i am 5'3"
i value the physical progress more than the numerical, but i still weigh myself because i don’t think it does any harm, i’m not very obsessed with the numbers, i only weigh myself whenever i remember which is maybe once every two weeks or so!

i could tell you exactly what i’ve been doing that has changed the way i live, but everyone is different. you have to find something that works for you! if you eat the right amount of macronutrients (found in fresh produce, meats, nuts, basically whatever is naturally grown on earth) and move your body at least 3 hours a week, i promise you’ll start to see results. you have to believe that it’s possible, and staying in-tune with your body is extremely important. i didn’t know i had a slight lactose intolerance until i started to actually listen to my body 😋

and please do weight training. your body needs the muscle mass. i promise, you won’t bulk up unless you’re eating 2600+ lean calories a day. i don’t count calories but i do half-ass count my macros. i probably get like 1600-1700 calories per day tho
