Hi guys! So I’ve lost about 30 pounds in my journey so far and I’ve been feeling a bit discouraged lately. I’ve gone into a phase of binges and missed workouts. I just need to remind myself of the progress I’ve made and that even those who have long term success can hit low points every once in a while. I worked out today and have eaten clean all day and I’m going to pick myself back up!
Advice wise, as I mentioned earlier, working out and eating clean are so so important to this process so educate yourself and be healthy whenever possible. I still have a long journey ahead of me and I wish all of you the best on your journeys!
