Before: ~180 lbs (April 2015)
After: 149 lbs (November 2015)
Not my highest weight, as I had already started my journey and lost about 10 pounds before my ‘before’ picture, but it’s still quite a difference. I have a passion for Zumba, which is my main cardio after running, and I have recently begun weight training through free weights and bootcamp classes. Hoping to be more lean and muscle-y by next spring.
