Let’s talk about change.

There are two very different men in these photos. It isn’t because of weight, it isn’t because of age and it isn’t because of style: it’s because of confidence and self love.

The boy on the left is 16, at his heaviest weight and believes those pounds determine and take away from his worth. The boy on the right is 23, less than half that maximum weight and understands that things like fluctuations in weight are a a part of life and don’t lessen his value.

Things like the numbers on a scale don’t define what value you have. Your words, your actions, the beautiful things you can bring Ito the world; YOU define the value you have.
