So the top left photo is a year ago and the best comparison photo that I have. So sad. Bottom left is today after back day adding an extra set of 12-15 reps to each exercise. I did abs too. I’m just really excited about how my body is evolving with muscle growth! 💪🏼 I can’t wait to chug a protein shake.
