I’m finally under a 150 pounds!! I’m 5'5 so 149 pounds is what I need to weigh to be at a healthy BMI. I started my journey back in May 2015. The first 20 pounds dropped pretty easily then it became a lot harder. In the before picture I weighed 172 pounds. My heaviest was 176 lbs. I was almost obese and that shocked me enough to make me eat clean and start running (walk/run at first) again. My goal is 130 pounds but I am actually really happy where I’m at right now. Only really want to gain some muscle.
