Took about 5 months to lose 34 pounds. My ultimate goal weight is 120 lbs so hopefully I can post my final before and after picture in the near future!
I lost the weight the old fashioned way: diet and exercise. I ate less carbs, less fat, lowered my sodium intake and sugar intake. I ate lots of leafy greens and chicken and salmon were my go-to meats. I drank a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day. And most importantly, I DID NOT STARVE MYSELF. The point is to eat more of the right foods!
As for exercise, I went to the gym 3-4x a week doing both cardio and strength training.
