I know I have said this before but I am trying to focus on toning up. Using the scale less really helps me focus more. If you have trouble staying away from the scale then hide it! I did that and it is SO freeing. I only weigh myself one every few weeks or even months!

I was feeling a bit down lately… Thanks to a few lovely people in my life I realized how far I actually came! Not a lot of people can say they lost 100 pounds. Not a lot of people can say they did it through diet and exercise alone.

Even though people (including some family members) told me I would fail or not commit I STILL did it. Even though they said that being a vegetarian or a vegan was not sustainable I did it! Even though they told me that I would be protein deficient I still get plenty of protein every single day!

So, if you are struggling with your self-esteem or people keep putting you down… Keep going! Clearly it is working for you! If people have negative things to say it is usually because they KNOW you are successful. ☝

Keep being you! Live up to YOUR standards. Whether it is from weight loss, how you dress, what you eat, what your career is like, etc. If they are hating then tell them to GET GOOD and stop drinking the haterade! ✊ #progress #weightloss #100poundsdown #bam #getgood
