This is about one month’s progress (from September 12 to October 17) and only about a 2 lb. weight loss.
I am pretty happy with how I look. More importantly though, I feel better - I’m faster and stronger, my clothes fit better, my sleep is more restful, walking is easier and I don’t have such terrible food cravings anymore. I’m very happy with the direction I am going in and I’m planning to keep up the great work I’ve been doing. This month, I’m proud of my diligence when working out. I hardly ever miss one (mostly bc they make me feel good!) In the coming month, I plan to be more dedicated in my diet and meal planning. I cant wait to see what I look like in a month!
